Cutting machine sawing wood precautions

First, preparation before cutting

Equipment inspection:

Focus on:

Stay focused during the cutting process and don't get distracted or talk to others.

Avoid cutting unclamped parts:

It is strictly prohibited to cut unclamped small workpieces or profiles with serious edges to avoid accidents.

Note on replacing saw blade:

If the saw blade needs to be replaced midway, be careful not to tighten the lock nut too hard to prevent the saw blade from cracking.

Prevent sparks from splashing around:

When cutting, prevent sparks from splashing and keep away from flammable and explosive materials.

Standing posture and operating position:

Third, post-cutting processing

Power off:
